Victoria Sanchez of Victoria at Home Design Studio redesigned the interior of this art deco condominium lobby in Washington, DC. Morga Studio worked with Victoria to complete color matching, incorporating new materials and existing materials. Maria Morga produced this watercolor inspired piece as a jumping off point for Victoria at Home.

We have also helped groups in the midst of renovation efforts with period-specific color palette selection. Maria Morga’s ability to depict different types of light and seasonal changes at a historic property help inform the design and rehabilitation process. After completion of multi-million dollar historic preservation renovations, the DC Preservation League hired Morga Studio to create this watercolor inspired piece for the developer who did the renovations.
This commissioned watercolor inspired art was created for the INOVA Loudon Hospital Foundation and depicts their original hospital building in Loudon County / Historical Leesburg, VA. The piece was commissioned by the hospital foundation for a fundraising event.

Whitehall Mill is a rehabilitation of an historic Mill in Baltimore, Maryland. The commissioned art Morga Studio produced for this client is a watercolor inspired piece based on the developer’s vision and description of what the completed project was intended to look like. The visualization Maria created allowed the client to visualize the completed space, and pitch the space to potential tenants for advance sales. Her interpretation of the space as completed helped stimulate concepts and ideas for potential tenants.
